THE ROLE
The Showroom Manager works alongside the store management team and your emphasis is on service and driving sales. This role needs commercial acumen, a real passion for sales and the ability to lead by example and develop the potential in your team. The Sales Manager oversees the sales team and ensures that levels of service and sale are achieved in line with company guidelines and core values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure constant focus on sales opportunities & potential rewards in order to drive sales
• Review team and individual performance on a weekly basis
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve and excel within their roles
• Deal with customer queries and offer a first time resolution and excellent after sales care
• Support colleagues in the generation of profitable sales as appropriate
• Work alongside the store management team and ensure that service and sales levels are being achieved and that the whole team have up to date information and have been given full training & development
• Increase profitable sales volumes and profit margins
• Responsible for the recruitment, management & development of sales focussed staff so they are motivated and deliver results
• Implement clear & consistent performance targets to staff and manage performance and improvement
