We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a Prestigious Housing Association as Performance Management Officer. The purpose of the role is to drive and embed a performance culture within the organisation; co-ordinate the collection of all performance management information, providing reports to the executive team; to enhance and develop performance management information in consultation with residents and the Executive Team; to help in the delivery of the associations' value for money and related procurement strategy; to be the association's key contact for the collection and provision of key performance information; and to drive performance through the development of improved management reporting and the use of IT systems.. Key areas of responsibily will include: 1. Performance Management information 2. Equality and Diversity 3. Consultation and Social Research 4. Value for Money Strategy 5.
