Job Description: Development Manager | Software | Hardware | Mechanical role within this leading developer of communications systems. In this role you will manage our client's engineering resources, including people, budgets and capability, to satisfy internal and external customer requirements. You will lead, manage and mentor a team of multi-disciplinary engineers as well as manage the departments engineering programmes for product development. You will also act as a champion for business change and medium/long long strategy of the department. You will have considerable experience of managing and leadership of multi-disciplinary Engineering teams and thorough knowledge of Engineering and technology best practice and processes. You will have a technical/engineering degree with an earlier career in either electronic, software or mechanical design.
