Job Description: RETAIL & DEPUTY STORE MANAGER

As a Retail Store Manager you will have experience of retail management, in a food retail environment would be an advantage, although any retail or leisure management background will be considered. The main requirement is an energetic and enthusiastic personality and the ability to motivate your retail store team.
The role for a Deputy Retail Manager is to support the Retail Store Manager, leading and overseeing Retail Customer Advisors, through effective floor management and leading by example. You will also need to be hardworking, inspirational and have previous retail management experience at Supervisor, Department Retail Manager or Deputy Retail Manager level.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
• to be 18 or over
• legally entitled to work and be resident of the UK
• have a full, clean driving license
• to have no unspent criminal convictions
