Job Description: Role - Employment Coach Location - Crawley, West Sussex Salary - Up to £24,000 per annum + OTE Parkhouse Bell is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Personal Job Advisors for our client who is a welfare to work training provider who specialise in getting unemployed clients back into work. In this position you will be delivering one on one coaching as well as group sessions to unemployed clients. Your sessions will include interview techniques, CV building, basic literacy and numeracy up skilling, confidence and motivational sessions with the aim of progressing your caseload back into work. The successful applicant must have: - Experience working in a training provider delivering advice and guidance to unemployed candidates - Experience liaising with employers - Have a motivating and supportive personality - Experience working towards targets A background in recruitment or experience of the recruitment cycle is extremely beneficial.
